Sam’s Wish Fund Holiday Cheer
November 1 – December 11, 2026
For more than 14 years, Sam’s Wish Fund Holiday Cheer has provided gifts, necessities, and holiday support to children and families served by Kids Path of AuthoraCare. Through community partnerships, Giving Trees, family adoptions, and donations, Holiday Cheer helps bring comfort, joy, and holiday cheer to local children facing medical adversity and families receiving support through Kids Path.
Supporters can participate by:
Adopting a child or family
Shopping from the Amazon Holiday Cheer List (available November 1, 2026)
Supporting a Giving Tree location
Donating gift cards for holiday meals
Donating diapers (all sizes)
Donating baby wipes
Donating toilet paper
Donating paper towels
Organizing a collection drive through a business, church, civic club, school, or community organization
Hosting a Giving Tree or serving as a gift drop-off location
Giving Tree locations and drop-off sites will be announced in October 2026.

The Tricky Ricky Ride & Music Festival
The Tricky Ricky Ride & Music Festival is Sam’s Wish Fund’s signature fundraising event. What began in memory of Ricky “Tricky Ricky” Shambley has grown into a day of motorcycles, live music, remembrance, and community support. Riders, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees come together to help fund wishes and support children served by Kids Path of AuthoraCare.
Music For Miracles
Music for Miracles is a two-day outdoor music festival benefiting Sam’s Wish Fund and Kids Path of AuthoraCare. Held at Camp Springs Bluegrass Park, the event features live music, camping, food vendors, and family-friendly entertainment in a relaxed outdoor setting. Musicians and supporters come together for a weekend dedicated to helping grant wishes and create meaningful experiences for children facing medical adversity.
